H.E. Mohamed Ali Al Shamsi is an Emirati diplomat and senior public-sector leader, with long experience in foreign affairs, international cooperation and crisis management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Military Sciences and a Diploma in Crisis and Emergency Management.

At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs he served as Counsellor at the UAE Permanent Mission to the International Atomic Energy Agency, Deputy Director of International Cooperation, and Director of African Affairs.

He has served as the UAE's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Chad, and as Ambassador to the State of Libya, strengthening the UAE's diplomatic relations and international partnerships. He has been decorated as a Knight of the National Order (وسام فارس النظام الوطني).

H.E. Al Shamsi believes the UAE will remain a leading global destination for investment, and will continue to offer varied opportunities to investors across every sector.

Hani Bader leads the house day to day and is the first point of contact for principal relationships. He brings more than three decades of experience in the Middle East and Europe, across healthcare, hospitality, insurance, mergers and acquisitions, oil and gas, automotive and trading. Throughout, he has built business strategies and carried them through to growth in revenue and market position.

Before MKSH he held senior finance and leadership roles, as Group CFO of Madar Medical Centers and Group Director of Finance at Novomed, and from 2018 at TVI. He holds a bachelor's degree from the United States, with professional certifications in accounting and insurance.
